Since 1956, Embers restaurants have been hometown favorites across the Midwest.
No matter what you craved - our award-winning pancakes, mouth-watering Embergers
or delicious cinnamon streusel coffeecake – we were there to serve
you with warm smiles and tireless dedication.
In early 1998, we made some important changes to serve you, our loyal customers,
better. Franchising was created so that we could join together with
great family owned restaurants across America, bringing our favorite flavors and
experience together with their specialty items and local charm. We also rededicated our
service program to "positively outrageous customer service" and creating
"raving
fans". This means that we treat each and every customer as our only
customer, and that we are willing to go the extra mile to make your visit with us
memorable. In fact, we've decided that if you didn't think we "cared for real,"
(if you were not 100% satisfied with your experience), we would buy your meal for
you guaranteed. Of course, these changes are only the beginning. Embers is
growing fast .
The Embers program is truly ‘revolutionary’, as it has never
been attempted in the restaurant industry before. We believe the restaurant industry has
come full-circle, from mom and pop shops of the past and today’s fast food giants to
a future that encompasses the best of both worlds. When an independent restaurant operator
becomes a franchisee, he or she will discover vastly improved purchasing power and higher
